Nuvoday 2023: A celebration of another year of teamwork, dedication, and success.

For the second year in a row, on December 15th, we celebrated NuvoDay, a special occasion designed to unite our diverse team in recognizing a year of accomplishments, growth, and shared experiences. More than an end-of-year party, NuvoDay is designed to meet the following goals:

• Strengthen connections: By bringing together our Nuvos from the Mexico City office, the NY office, and our remote collaborators, we invested in strengthening bonds.
• Reflect on 2023: As we journey back through the past year's highs and lows, we celebrate our victories and glean valuable insights from our collective experiences.
• Recognize Culture Carriers: Through the biannual culture awards, recognize the Nuvos who embody our seven values.
• Ignite Nuvos’ motivation: Get inspired for the year ahead and align on our collective goals.

F1 Relay Race:

• To enhance team cohesion, we had a friendly competition featuring F1 cars crafted by Nuvos! Deliberately mixing members of different teams to ensure a dynamic blend of expertise, adding excitement and encouraging participants to draw on diverse skills and knowledge. Beyond being fun, this spirited team-building session provided a unique platform to showcase:
• Strategic planning
• Leadership skills
• Creative thinking
• Effective communication
• Individual and collective competitive spirit.
•  Our Nuvos gave it their all, paving the way for long-term memories between teammates.

Celebrating Nuvo's Cultural Ambassadors:

The award ceremony acknowledged seven winners for embodying our company values. Each awardee delivered a heartfelt speech, delving into what the value means to them. They also expressed gratitude to their fellow Nuvos, recognizing their integral role in contributing to the success of Nuvocargo. This acknowledgment reflects the collaborative spirit and shared dedication that defines our Nuvocargo community. Congratulations to our winners!

Charting the Course for 2024:

We unveiled our vision and strategy for the upcoming year, setting the course for our collective journey. Deepak Chhugani, our CEO, delivered a speech summarizing the accomplishments of our strategic bets in 2023. Additionally, he offered a look into what to expect from Nuvocargo in  2024. Our Nuvos showed eagerness and enthusiasm, hoping to get started on the challenges and objectives this year will bring. Our CEO's words not only reflected on the past year's accomplishments but also ignited collective anticipation for the promising future that lies ahead for Nuvocargo.
